What ERS collects.
Lead details
When you phone, WhatsApp, email or submit a form, ERS may receive your name, phone number, email address, suburb, message, photos and plumbing issue details so the team can respond.
Website attribution
The website stores basic page, referrer, campaign and click details such as landing page, UTM parameters, call clicks, WhatsApp clicks and callback submissions. This helps understand which pages lead to real plumbing enquiries.
Cookies and local storage
The site may use cookies or browser local storage to remember attribution details during an enquiry journey. Google Ads, GA4, GTM and Meta tools will only run when real account IDs are configured.
