What the site stores
The website does not contain a database-backed enquiry form. The job brief builder creates a message on your device and opens WhatsApp. ERS does not receive the brief until you choose to send it.
Direct contact
When you contact ERS by phone, WhatsApp or email, the details you provide are used to answer the enquiry, quote, schedule and complete the requested work, and maintain necessary business records.
Marketing measurement
ERS uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand page visits and whether visitors call or open WhatsApp. Campaign details such as UTM parameters and Google click identifiers may be stored in your browser and included with conversion events. ERS also keeps limited first-party event records for campaign verification. These records are used to measure marketing performance, not to sell personal information.
External services
Links to WhatsApp, Google, Facebook and Instagram take you to those providers. Their own privacy terms apply once you leave this site.
Photographs
Project photographs may show completed work and property details. ERS should continue using only images it is authorised to publish and should remove identifying details where appropriate.
